The Trustmark Scheme is an accreditation created to supply the consumer with a place to search, by postcode, for reputable tradesmen in their area. Having been approved, we are on their searchable database making it easy to find us. We already have the high standards of workmanship & customer care that the scheme strives to maintain, so you can feel confident in us. Who is the CAI?

What does CAI plus mean for me as a customer?

The CAI plus scheme was launched as a higher tier of membership with more stringent standards and checks. The further checks carried out ensure that CAI engineers are trained, regulated to a high standard and are competent.

What is the CAI’s double guarantee?

We provide a 12 month guarantee for all new equipment we install. Being CAI plus members means that we only use tested and benchmarked equipment from aerials right down to the cable. Because of this the CAI automatically give a secondary guarantee on the quality of the installation, for your complete peace of mind.

Secondary Guarantee Schemes

Each of the above organisations offers a secondary guarantee to back up our work. If we can't resolve any complaints using our own in-house procedure, you can do one of the following:-

  • Should you ever feel the need, you can lodge a complaint about our codes of practice or conduct using the service of the CAI on 01923 803030
  • As a Which? Trusted Trader we have a range of support services available to us and our customers. One of these services is access to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service, which enables our customers to seek an impartial review of a complaint in the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve it between ourselves. This is a free service for the customer, offered by Dispute Resolution Ombudsman, an approved government scheme.
